Vividend.shop Refund Policy
I want you to love every purchase from Vividend.shop. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how I handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
You contact me within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:
Digital downloads, custom-made products, or items with removed security seals.
Clearance/final-sale items (marked as such).
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Email me at support@vividend.shop with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if damaged/defective)
Step 2: I’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Step 3: Once I receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days (depends on your bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot refund:
Items returned after 30 days.
Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Shipping costs (unless I sent a wrong/defective item).
Items without proof of purchase.
4. Shipping Returns
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error.
I recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost returns are not refundable.
5. Exchanges
I currently only offer refunds (no direct exchanges). Place a new order for replacement items.
