• Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST​ on business days ship same day.

  • Weekends/holidays: Ships next business day.

  • Pre-order/custom items: Ship date noted on product page.

4. Shipping Fees​

• Continental U.S.:

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.

  • Orders under $50: Flat fee of **$5.95 USD**.

• Non-Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Territories):

• My error​ (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping costs.

• Customer returns​ (change of mind, unused items): Customer pays return shipping.

• Refused/undeliverable packages​ due to incorrect address: Customer bears reshipping costs.

7. Risk & Tracking​

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.

• All orders include tracking numbers​ emailed after shipment.

8. Restricted Items​

• Batteries, flammable goods, or regulated items may require special shipping. Contact me before ordering.
